What is the return policy?
OST will gladly exchange or refund your OST on line purchases if they are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged within 7 days of receipt, along with original receipt. If you do not have your receipt we can exchange your purchase for credit based on the current selling price. Merchandise must have all hang tags attached. Sale merchandise is considered a FINAL SALE and is not refundable. Please contact customer service by emailing lana@beatrixostcollection.com or by phone at 212-719-9400 ext 226 for an RA# to authorize the return.

When will my refund be processed?
Credit for returned merchandise will be processed within 24 hours of the date merchandise is received. Please remember to insure the shipment as OST is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. Credit will only be given on the merchandise returned not the shipping charges. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the credit due.

Ordering on line is safe. OST works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies

SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of when they are placed. Most in-stock items will ship on the following business day; however some orders may take up to 2 business days to process before they are shipped.

UPS GROUND: up to 5 business days in the 48 states
UPS 2nd DAY: 2 business days
UPS NEXT DAY: 1 business day

Where is my order shipped from?
All OST orders are shipped from Wear the Best (WTB) 32 Henry St., Bldg 17A, Bethel, Ct 06801.

Can you ship my order to a post office box?
At this time we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes.
