How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of when they are placed.
Most in-stock items will ship on the following business day; however some orders may take up to 2 business days to process before they are shipped.
Service days below are in addition to the processing time.
UPS GROUND: up to 5 business days in the 48 states
UPS 2nd DAY: 2 business days
UPS NEXT DAY: 1 business day
Can you ship my order to a post office box?
At this time we do not offer shipping to Post Office Boxes.
What are the rates for shipping and handling?
Your order will be shipped by UPS from Connecticut on Monday through Friday.
We ship within the Continental U.S, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
You will have the option to choose Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight. The table below provides a list of shipping rates:
